All purchases are non-refundable once access to the course materials has been granted.

1. No Refunds All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for reasons such as change of mind, time limitations, or dissatisfaction unless the product is defective.

2. Technical Issues Technical problems should be reported to ozerianska1712@gmail.com. We will assist, but issues do not qualify for refunds.

3. Exceptions We may consider a refund request at our sole discretion. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Individual Consideration In exceptional and individual cases (such as documented medical reasons, proven financial hardship, or inability to access the course due to platform errors), we may provide a partial or full refund. Such cases will be evaluated personally, and the decision remains at the full discretion of the OZ Fame Academy administration.
